Social Studio is Salesforce Marketing Cloud application for Social Content Marketing, community management, and listening and analysis. CloudPages is an application that makes building and managing landing pages for Social, Web and Apps easy. What will be shut down on 03/012017? On March 1st, you will no longer be able to login to the BuddyMedia platform. Please gather all your analytics and content, and ensure any existing Facebook tabs are no longer hosted by BuddyMedia prior the March 1st. Why are we making this change? Why is Buddy Media losing access to Twitter data prior to the End of Life date? The tool in which Buddy Media uses to import Twitter data is being deprecated on December 1st, 2016. Given Buddy Media is currently in it's end of life stage, the development required to obtain access via new means will not be supported between Dec 2016 and March 2017. When will I have access to Social Studio and/or CloudPages? Social Studio All Buddy Media customers should have access to Social Studio. If you need access please contact your Account Executive or CSM. Make sure to check out the latest features on our YouTube channel at https://goo.gl/tf5Cih CloudPages At your next renewal you will be asked to renew with CloudPages instead of SocialPages. CloudPages will allow you to move over your content if you would like. If you would like to get CloudPages now instead of waiting until your next renewal please contact your AE. Once I have my new product how do I extract my old data? You can extract analytical post, tab, and canvas data from the Analytics section. You may also export historical post data from a ConversationBuddy column. When exporting a column there is no limit to how far back you can request data. |
